Catering Services - Ensuring Eating In The Form Of Electronic Catering Vouchers For Bod Employees And Obp Bod. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Ensure The Provision Of Catering Employees Of The Bratislava Self -Governing Region And Employees Of Selected Organizations Under Its Founding Competence Of Bod Through Electronic Catering Vouchers (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Esp”) Assigned To The Relevant Electronic Catering Cards (Hereinafter Referred To As “Esk”) Of Individual Employees In Operations - Dining Facilities Of The Contractor (Hereinafter Referred To As “Provider”). The Catering Services And The Provider Have A Valid Contractual Relationship With Them In Accordance With The Currently Valid Provisions Of Act No. 311/2001 Of The Labor Code, As Amended For The Period 48 Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Framework Agreement. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Given In Annex No. 1 Of The Tender Documents And The Contractual Conditions Specified In Annex No. 3 Of The Competition Documents.
