The Contracting Authority Procures A New Economic Vehicle-Trestrous Bilk With A Crane And A Winter Service Equipment, The Year Of Production Of Not Older Than 2025. The Contracting Authority Procures The Vehicle In Question Through The Financial Leasing Service. The Legal Owner Of The Procurement Case Is The Leasing Provider, And The Economic Owner Is The Client. During The Entire Duration Of The Financial Leasing, The Client Has An Unlimited Right To Use The Procurement Item. The Option Of Buying/Acquiring Ownership, The Recipient Of Leasing May Use After Fulfilling All Contractual Obligations.
