Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development 2 Scope of work: Amel under its healthcare program is looking for a Consultant for Tension Landscape Around PHCCs Health Services & Interventions. The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks: Desk Review: Conduct a comprehensive secondary data review of existing literature, reports, and relevant datasets (14 18 April 2025). Qualitative Data Collection: Conduct Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and results validation discussions with stakeholders, community-based organizations, and local groups (21 April 05 May 2025). Data Analysis and Validation: Evaluate and validate findings internally and externally with health sector partners (05 19 May 2025). Final Reporting and Recommendations: Develop programmatic and advocacy recommendations aimed at fostering peace and social cohesion (19 May 02 June 2025).
