The Public Procurement Is Intended To Be Selected By An Electricity And Balancing Group Coordinator In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Electricity Trade Rules (Ptee) By Concluding A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of Pee, Namely The Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As The Final Customer: Access To The Power Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transfer Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Balancing Liability, As Well As The Settlement Of The Resources. The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of Net Active Electricity To All Municipal Sites On The Territory Of Dolni Chiflik Municipality At Freely Agreed Prices; Inclusion Of The Sites In A Standard Balancing Group, As An Indirect Member, With The Coordinator The Contractor (As The Contracting Authority Will Not Pay A Fee For Participation In A Balancing Group), Incl. Provision Of Services For: Forecasting Electricity Consumption, Planning, Requesting And Balancing; Preparation And Submission Of Hourly Daily Schedules And Sending Them To Administer The Information Flow Of The Electricity System Operator (Eso Ead); Taking Responsibility For Balancing - The Obligation To Financially Settle The Differences Between The Amount Of Electricity According To A Registered Schedule/Forecast For Consumption And The Actual Consumption Of The Means Of Commercial Measurement, Or The Difference Between Purchases And Sales For A Given Settlement Period. The Estimated Amount Of Net Active Electricity Supplied For The Needs Of Dolni Chiflik Municipality Is 3,000.00 Mwh For A Period Of 24 (Twenty -Four) Months And Does Not Commit The Contracting Authority To Consume It In Full. The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of Net Active Electricity To All Municipal Sites On The Territory Of Dolni Chiflik Municipality, Specified In The Technical Specification.
