Technical Assistance Services-Cs3-Technical Assistance Services From The Designer During The Execution Period Of The Works Related. The General Objective Of The Technical Assistance Contract From The Designer According To Law 10/1995 Is To Ensure The Implementation Of Works Contracts Within The Regional Project For The Development Of Water Infrastructure And Waste Water In Neamt County Between 2021-2027, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Legislation In The Field, Thus Ensuring The Implementation Of The Physical Indicators In Accordance With The Financing Contract. The Provider Will Provide The Technical Design Services Of Design During The Execution Of The Works, According To The Romanian Legislation, By Providing Experienced Personnel, According To The Project Requirements. The Provider Will Provide The Technical Design Services For The Execution Of The Works, According To The Romanian Legislation By Providing Experienced Personnel And, Where Appropriate, Authorized/Certified By Specialties, Corresponding To The Requirements Of The Project. The Technical Assistance Will Be Granted For All The Contracts Of Type Enterprise (Red) Within The Regional Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Law 10/1995 On The Entire Execution Period Until The Reception Of The Works. The General Object Of The Contract Is To Provide The Technical Assistance From The Designer On. The Contract Includes The Following Components/ Activities: -Granting The Technical Assistance During The Execution, To Ensure The Execution Of The Works, Both From A Quantitative And Qualitative Point Of View, In Accordance With Law 10/1995; -Preparing The Documentation To Obtain The Opinions And Agreements, Including The Verification Of Mlpat Through Certified Verifiers. -The Participation In The Delivery Of The Sites, The General Drawing And The Landmarks Related To The Works; -Participation When Checking The Foundation Ground; -The Proposal Of Ways To Solve The Possible Non -Conformities Arising Throughout The Execution Period; -Respond To The Notifications Issued By The Site Manager, According To The Obligations That Are Entitled, Regarding The Appearance Of Unforeseen Situations; -The Participation In Receiving The Works In All Determining Phases Established Together With The State Inspectorate For Construction Neamt Within The Program For The Quality Of Execution Works; -Drawing Up The Quarterly Activity Reports Regarding The Technical Assistance Activities; -Solving The Non -Compliances, Defects And Inconsistencies Arising In The Execution Phases, By Offering Technical Solutions, With The Agreement Of The Contracting Entity And The Initial Designer. Insurance Through Projects And Details Of Execution Of The Quality Level Corresponding To The Requirements, In Compliance With The Technical Regulations And The Contractual Clauses; -Elaboration Of Technical Solutions By Site Provisions, Including Ensuring The Verification Of Mlpat Through Certified Verifiers According To Law 10/1995, During The Work Of The Works, In Case Of Modification Of The Solutions Initially Established In The Project; Site Provisions Will Be
