Education And Training Services - The Finnish Model Club Directors 2025 - 2026 (2027). The City Of Porvoo Is Asking For Offers For Hobbies For The Finnish Model Of The Project Club Instructors. The City Of Porvoo Participates In The Finnish Model Project. The Aim Is To Organize Hobby Activities For School Children In The City Of Porvoo So That Every Child Has The Opportunity To Participate In The Activities Of Art, Household, Crafts, Music Or Sports Group According To Their Own Wishes. Porvoo Hobby Hobby Groups With Their Themes Are Selected, Taking Into Account The Resources Of The Pupils Wishes And Implementation. During The Academic Year 2025 - 2026, Activities Will Be Held At Grade 1 - 9. The Activities Must Generally Be Organized At School Premises Or At Close Range, But For Grades 6 To 9, It Is Also Possible To Organize It Elsewhere, Eg On The Service Providers Own Premises. Clubs Are Held On School Days, After School Day; Current Start Times From 12.15 To 4:15 Pm. Club Bench Length As A Rule 60 Minutes, But For Example, Chef Clubs Can Be 120 Minutes If The Group Is Large. Clubs Are Organized Throughout The School Year. A Hobby Can Consist Of Several Different Species Or Areas That Vary From Week To Week Or Monthly. The Groups Are Mainly Organized In The Form Of Community Controls. At Least A Computer Game, Animation, Coding And Game Design Teams Will Be Offered As Remote Controls In The 2025 - 2026 Season. Other Remote Control Groups Can Be Offered. This Acquisition Sets A Framework Arrangement That Is Divided Into Areas As Follows: 1. Activities (Including Archery, Billiards, Padel, Badminton, Tennis, Pong, Frisbee Golf) 4. Traditional Arts (Eg Visual Arts, Theater, Music, Circus) 5. Media Skills (Eg Animation, Cartoons, Movies, Video, Editing, Nature Conservation) 7. A Sub-Offer In The Sub-Area Is Possible. All Tenderers Who Submitted An Acceptable Offer Are Selected As The Framework Contract Providers. This Acquisition Is Conditional And Will Be Implemented If The City Of Porvoo Will Receive A Positive Result In The Project. The Number Of Clubs To Be Carried Out And The Number Of Instructors To Be Selected Will Be Clarified As The Result Of The Project Is Clear. The Contract Period Is 1.9.2025 - 31.5.2026. The Acquisition Also Includes An Option For The Implementation Of Hobby Groups To The Academic Year 2026 - 2027 (1.9.2026 - 31.5.2027).
