Documents to be submitted exhaustive list The offer consists of the following elements: 1. Identification of the bidder (accompanied by the articles of association or any other supporting document demonstrating the ability of the signatory to bind the bidder to this contract) 2. Declaration of turnover; 3. Approved annual accounts; 4. List of similar references; 5. Tender form Price correctly completed 6. Technical specifications sheet for all lots; 7. Declaration of honor regarding the criteria for access rights to the contract (non-exclusion criteria); 8. Declaration of integrity The bidder fails to meet its obligations relating to the payment of taxes or social security contributions in excess of 5,000, except where the bidder can demonstrate that it has one or more certain, due and unsecured claims against a contracting authority.
