Declaration of honor regarding the criteria for access rights to the contract (non-exclusion criteria); 8. Declaration of integrity The bidder fails to meet its obligations relating to the payment of taxes or social security contributions in excess of 5,000, except where the bidder can demonstrate that it has one or more certain, due and unsecured claims against a contracting authority.
