Tenders are invited for Upgrading Works of Bugarama-Bweyeye (60.11km) submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs only (10,000 FRW) or in a convertible currency. The method of payment will be by depositing such an amount in a Rwanda Revenue Account (RRA) opened in any commercial bank in Rwanda or, alternatively, in the account N° 1000007737 of RRA opened at National Bank of Rwanda. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 02/05/2025 at 10:00 a.m., local time (8:00 GMT). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address above on the same day, at 10:30 A.M local time (8:30 GMT). 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Two Billion Six Hundred Million Rwandan Francs (2,600,000,000 FRW) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
