Tenders are invited for Upgrading Works of Kinigi-Kora(28.1km) The bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs only (10,000 FRW) or in a convertible currency. The method of payment will be by depositing such an amount in a Rwanda Revenue Account (RRA) opened in any commercial bank in Rwanda or, alternatively, in the account N° 1000007737 of RRA opened at National Bank of Rwanda. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 06/05/2025 at 10:00 a.m., local time (8:00 GMT). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidder s designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address above on the same day, at 10:30 A.M local time (8:30 GMT). All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of an amount of Nine Hundred Fifty Million Rwandan francs (950,000,000) or its equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
