Request for proposals for Consultancy Services to Support the Development of a Briefing Note on Strengthening Regional and Country-Specific Preparedness Plans from a Whole-of-Society Perspective in Response to Conceivable Increased Outflows of Refugees from Myanmar. Important Information regarding this RFP: The consultancy is expected to commence in late April and should be completed before the end June 2025 (latest on 20 June 2025). DRC may terminate the contract if supplier fails to deliver services within this period. The final price stated in the financial bid should be inclusive of all applicable taxes. DRC will pay in three instalments: Initial (30%) at the completion of the first draft of the briefing note; 2. Interim (20%) at the validation of the first draft of the briefing note; 3. Final (50%) at the submission of the final report (including slide deck). At the time of the contract signing, the DRC will require the winning bidder to submit a copy of the majority owners and second key individual ID, such as a passport or any other official identification document, for supplier registration purposes.
