1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Rainwater And Snowmelt Of The Area From The Northern Roof Of The Roof Of The Main Building At Ul. Jana Augustyński 1 On Journal Of Laws No. 214/9. The Task Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Construction Project By Unicad Sp. Z O.O.4. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In And At An Active Facility. 5. The Contractor Must Predict The Protection Of The Square/Construction Area And Its Surroundings Against Dirt And Destruction. The Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions On Environmental Protection, Fire Protection, Public And Private Property Protection, Occupational Health And Safety, Follow The Provisions Of Law, Ensure The Appropriate Materials And Standards Related To The Contract, Ensure The Quality Of Works And Documentation Needed To Receive Works.6. The Order Should Be Processed In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In: Technical Documentation, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1.1 To Swz And In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. 7. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Document, Which Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For Calculating The Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 8. The Contractor May Not Use Errors Or Abandonment In Swz Documentation, And Should Immediately Notify The Contracting Authority Who Will Make Appropriate Changes Or Corrections, And In The Event Of Abandoning The Above, The Effects Associated With It Will Be Burdened Only By The Contractor. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Analyze The Solutions Presented In The Swz Documentation, In Terms Of Adopted Technical Solutions And Optimization Of The Work System. 10. The Contracting Authority Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Scope And Nature Of The Order Exclude Its Division Into Parts For Technical, Organizational, Economic And Purposeful Reasons. The Procedure Constituting The Subject Of This Contract Is Usually The Subject Of Interest And Is Possible For Entrepreneurs To Implement Small Or Medium -Sized Enterprises. There Is No Technical Possibility To Divide The Order Into Parts Because All The Stages Of The Order Are Closely Related And Create One Installation. Entrusting The Performance Of Individual Stages To Various Contractors Would Threaten The Correct Performance Of The Order. Failure To Do The Task Will Contribute To A Better Organization Of Work And More Efficient Coordination On The Entire Project. It Should Also Be Noted That The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts Does Not Limit The Competition And Ensures Equal Access Of Entities. 11. The Contracting Authority Does Not Reserve The Possibility Of Applying For The Order Only By The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.12 Act. The Employer Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting The Variant Offer Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. An Offer Providing For A Different Way Of
