The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Comprehensive Cleaning Of The Building Of The Agricultural Advisory Center In Brwinów, Hereinafter: Service, Performed In A Building Located At: Ul. Pszczelińska 99, 05-840 Brwinów, Hereinafter Referred To As The Object Or Building. The Service Includes Guaranteed Order And Optional Orders In The Following Range: 1) Guaranteed Order Includes: A) Fixed Cleaning-I.E. Daily, Weekly And Periodic Cleaning Of Office Rooms, Communication Routes, Generally Available Bathrooms, Kitchen And Utility Rooms Lecture Halls And Accommodation Rooms - Carried Out Throughout The Performance Of The Contract; B) Cleaning Registered Accommodation Rooms - I.E. Cleaning Accommodation Rooms With Bathrooms With Washing And Exchange Of Bedding And Towels According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority; C) Cleaning Registered Lecture Rooms - I.E. Cleaning The Lecture Halls According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority; D) Ad Hoc Registered Cleaning - I.E. Cleaning The Places Indicated By The Employer According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. 2) Optional Order Includes: A) Registered Accommodation Cleaning - I.E. Cleaning The Beds With Bathrooms With Bathrooms With Washing And Exchange Of Bedding And Towels According To The Needs Determined By The Contracting Authority; B) Cleaning Of Lecture Rooms - I.E. Cleaning Lecture Rooms - According To The Needs Determined By The Employer; C) Ad Hoc Registered Cleaning - I.E. Cleaning The Places Indicated By The Employer According To The Needs Determined By The Ordering Party. The Setting Description Of The Tasks Falling Within The Scope Of The Service, Including The Scope, Number And Frequency Of Performing Individual Activities And Works That Make Up The Service Specify Attachments To Swz, I.E. Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Service Of The Service Is Set Out In Annex 3 To Swz - The Concept Of Performing The Service. The Ordering Person Provides For The Right Of The Option, To Which He Can Make Orders In The Field Of Cleaning Services, If The Amount Of Cleaning Services Specified As Part Of The Guaranteed Order Is Exhausted. It Is Unacceptable To Exceed The Set Scope Of The Option Of The Option Indicated In Annex 2 To Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Price Of All Services Provided Under The Law Will Remain Unchanged And Will Be The Same As In The Guaranteed Order. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Exercise The Right Of Options Many Times Within The Date Of The Contract On The Contract.
