The Target Of The Acquisition The Target Of This Framework Arrangement Is Truck Trailers And Related Additional Services As Follows: • New And Used Truck Trailers With Equipment And • Equipment And Use Training Services. About 90 % Of The Anticipated Total Value Added To The Euro-Exempt Vat In The Framework Agreement Is Estimated To Be Formed In The Framework Agreement Of The Benchmarks In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Benchmarks And About 10 % Is Estimated To Be Equipped With Requirements Other Than Those In The Framework Contract. The Share Of Other Additional Services Included In The Acquisition Of The Acquisition Is Estimated To Be Marginal.
