The Subject Of The Contract Is A Combination Of Services And Supplies Consisting In Ensuring The Participation Of The Contracting Authority At The Foreign Fair World Of Fireplaces, Which Takes Place In Leipzig On 28.4. - 30. 4. 2025. The Contracting Authority Requires To Ensure Turnkey Participation, Ie Including All Activities Related To The Participation, Especially To This Extent: A) Production Of The Booth, Its Installation And Ensuring The Cleaning Of The Exhibition Before The Fair Start, B) Ensuring Full Functionality Of The Stand Throughout The Duration Of The Fair, (C) After The End Of The Detection Of The Stall And Eventual Assurance Of Storage For The Next Year. The Exact Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Given In Annex 1 To The Tender Documentation.
