Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Net Active Electricity And Performing The Functions Of A Standard Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of Sopot Municipality
The Award Of The Public Procurement Is Intended To Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20, Para. 1 In Connection With Art. 11, Item 10 Of The Rules For Trade In Electricity (Ptee), Namely: Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All Used By The Contracting Authority As A Final Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution During Delivery, The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And The Electricity Of Quality And In Order Should Be Supplied, In Accordance With The Provision Provided For In The Bulgarian Legislation, Incl. The Energy / Law / And The By -Laws For Its Implementation. As A Balancing Group Coordinator, The Contractor Should Assume Responsibility For Balancing, Include The Contracting Authority In The Balancing Energy Market As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group Without Paying A Registration Fee, As Well As To Ensure That The Awarded Is Awarded.
