Cognitive Books, Textbooks, Teaching Kits And Teaching Aids Must Be In Line With The Established And Approved Mes Lists Of Cognitive Books, Textbooks, Teaching Kits And Teaching Aids That Will Be Used During The School Year. They Should Meet The Requirements Set Out In Ordinance 10/19.12.2017, As Well As Decree 79/13.04.2016. Textbooks, Teaching Kits And Teaching Aids Should Be New, Without Traces Of Use And Properly Completed. Transport To Ex-Customer And Loading And Unloading Activities Are Carried Out By The Contractor And Are At His Own Expense. The Deadline For Implementation Of The Main Request Is Until 05.09.2025. According To Approved By The Minister Of Education And Science By Order No. Rd09-316/13.02.2025, A Schedule Of The Activities For Providing Textbooks For Students From Gg, I To Xii Grades For The Educational Year 2025/2026. The Required Quantities Are Detailed In Specific Requests On A Form Submitted By Each Publishing House. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order More Than The Estimated Amount Of Textbooks And Teaching Kits, Depending On The New Students Received During The 2025-2026 School Year. In Case There Is A Need For Delivery Of Additional Textbooks, Teaching Kits And Electronically Readable Textbooks, In Order To Ensure Additional Unforeseen Units, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Outsource An Option For Additional Quantities By Concluding An Additional Agreement To The Public Procurement Contract On The Grounds Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act.
