School Transport Supply Contract Year 2025 The Main Objective Of This Tender Is The Provision Of Individually Considered School Transport Services To Students Who, Due To Conditions That, Generally, Prevent Or Notoriously Hinder Connectivity, Producing Geographical Or Economic Isolation, They Cannot Attend Or Without Great Difficulty, Their Educational Establishments, Which Depend On This Municipality. The Public Tender Will Be Established By Lines, Each Of These Being, The Routes That Each Supplier Will Make. The Municipality Of Lumaco-Department Of Community Education, Reserves The Right To Leave The Present Call For Public Tender, For Founded Reasons, Either Prior To The Opening Of The Proposal Or In The Act Of The Same, By Means Of An Exempt Decree Founded. The Municipality Of Lumaco Reserves The Right To Declare One Or More Of The Benefits Called For Services In Particular, By Means Of An Exempt Mayor Founded. The Aforementioned Declaration Will Not Generate Any Responsibility Of The Municipality Against The Bidders Or Third Parties, Which Participants Accept Expressly And Irrevocably By The Mere Fact Of Presenting Their Offer.
