From July 1 To July 1 To December 31, 2025, Denmark Will Take Care Of The Rotating Presidency Of The Eu Council Of Ministers (Eu Presidency). The Supplier Will Collaborate With The Customers Other Suppliers, Including The Supplier Of Catering, Host Broadcaster, Av Supplier, The Pco, Etc. As Well As With The Police And Other Relevant Authorities. The Contract Will Include (1) Preparation, Structure, Operation And Dismantling Of Temporary Conference Facilities, Including Accommodation, Including In Particular Electricity Cabling, Functional Fixtures, Furniture And Illumination Of All Areas, (2) Delivery Of Services Prior To And During The Summit (Settlement Day) And (3) Dismantling Of Temporary Facilities. The Build -Up Phase: Construction Of The External Framework Of The Temporary Facilities. Control Of Constructions. At The End Of The Phase, The Constructions Are Completed To The Municipality. 3. Setting Up Equipment From The Customers Other Subcontractors Including Host Broadcaster And Av Suppliers. 4. The Commissioning Phase: Cleaning Tasks And The Presence Of Technical Staff. Technical Samples For The Customers Average And Host Broadcast Suppliers. 5Th Day: Cleaning And Technical Staff Throughout The Day. 6. The Removal Phase: Fleeting Of The Internal Framework For Furniture, Etc. As Well As The Removal Of The External Framework Of The Temporary Facilities.
