Tenders are invited for Construction of 10 Storied Academic Building with 10 Storied Foundation In/c. Sanitary, Water Supply & Electrification Works at Satkhira Govt. Girls High School Sadar Upazila Under Satkhira District. Type_[A2-B/G (Single Pile)] Eligibility of Tenderer: a.The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years. b.The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction works of at least 1(one) number contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1100.00 Lakh (Eleven Hundred). c.The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1050.00 Lakh (OneThousand Fifty). over the last 05 (Five) years. d.The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 400.00 Lakh (Four Hundred). In the Form PW3-7 in original form. e. Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2024-2025), TIN Certificate (2024-2025) & VAT Registration Certificate (13-Digit). f. The must have ABC Category Electrical License & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Govt.of Bangladesh. g.
