Means That The Contractor Will Fulfill His Duties When He Maintains The Average Standard Of Performance, After Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority. 5.5. The Employer Will Consider That The Offer Is Equivalent If It Presents The Subject Of The Contract With The Functional And Quality Properties Of The Same Or Better Than Those Specified In Swz, But Marked With Another Trademark, Patent Or Origin.
