1. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of The Contractor, Who Will Perform For The Contracting Authority Of Construction Works Involving The Renovation Of The Road Surface On The Section From The Starting Duty To The Entrance Barrier To The P Employee Parking Lot, Consisting In The Removal Of The Old, Damaged Asphalt Surface And The Location Of A New One Together With The Completion Of Complementary Works, I.E. Horizontal And Replacement Of Nine Old Fixtures Of External Lighting On The Internal Road Of The Poviat Hospital Dr. Tytus Chałubiński In Zakopane At Ul. Kamieniec 10, 34-500 Zakopane. 2. Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Contract, In Particular, Include: 1) Demolition Works; 2) Milling Of The Road Surface; 3) Reconstruction Of The Bituminous Layers Of The Road Surface; 4) Delivery And Assembly Of Protective Barriers; 5) Horizontal Marking; 6) Replacement Of Lighting Luminaires; According To The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb Constituting Annex 8 To Swz And In Accordance With The Pre -Works Of The Works Constituting Annex 9 To Swz. In Addition Inventory Of Electrical Installation. 3. Due To The Fact Of Conducting Works In An Active Facility, The Employer Reserves That The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Deliver The Schedule Of Works To The Contracting Authority Before Commencing The Works Covered By The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Schedule Of Works Implementation Is Obliged To Agree With The Head Of The Technical And Operation Department Of The Poviat Hospital In Zakopane Before Starting The Work So That During The Implementation Of Works - Not Cause, Among Others Excessive Nuisance For Patients And In The Work Of The Poviat Hospital In Zakopane. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of This Order Includes: 1) Technical Documentation (Premises) - Annex 7 To Swz2) Stwiorb - Annex 8 To Swz - In The Part Containing The Sets Of Requirements In The Scope Of Performing And Assessing The Correctness Of The Performance Of Individual Works; 3) Premier Works - Annex No. 9 To Swz.5. The Employer Informs That Whenever The Descriptions Of This Swz, In This Technical Documentation, There Are: Names Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To Privilege Or Elimination Of Some Contractors Or Products, It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By Such Indications Or Equivalent Only, As A Help In Describing The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Obtain The Final Result In The Form Of Construction Works With Functionality And Purpose Specified In Swz, And Not To Make Them Using Materials And Devices Of A Specific Brand Or Manufacturer.
