2. Order Scope: 2.1 The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others The Following Elements: 1) Cutting The Inflated Roadsides, Collecting Excess Soil Over The Width Of The Existing Roadside With The Removal Of The Shrub And The Export Of The Spoil Outside The Road Lane In The Total Amount (On One Side) - 15,300.00 Mb 2) Removing Existing Roadside Ditches With Removal Of A Total (On One Side) - 15,300.00 Mb 2.2 Change At The Stage Of Implementation. The Amount Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Year. The Employer Will Indicate The Exact Road Sections In Successively During The Order. Starting Work Within 14 Days Of Indicating A Given Section Of The Road By The Contracting Authority. Partial Acceptance After The Contractor Has Been Made To Pick Up, Not More Than Once A Month. The Entire Work Will Be Settled According To As -Built Measurement Based On Unit Prices From The Offer That Will Not Change During The Implementation Period. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.4. It Is Recommended To Make A Local Vision In The Field, Familiarize Yourself With The Subject Of The Contract And To Include In The Price Of All Costs For The Works Necessary For Their Proper Performance. The Date Of A Possible Local Vision Should Be Determined Individually With Mr. Krzysztof Dziegielewski, A Representative Of The Ordering Party At The Phone Number 55 625 73 73. The Contracting Authority Informs That The Contractor Is Voluntary By The Contractor, And Its Performance Will Not Result In Negative Consequences For The Contractor In The Form Of Rejecting The Offer Or Exclusion Of The Contractor From The Proceedings. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A Full Scope Of Works, Which Is Necessary From The Point Of View Of Documentation, Legal Provisions, Technical Knowledge And Building Art, To Obtain The Final Effect Specified By The Subject Of The Contract, And Thus Perform The Task Regardless Of The Difficulties Occurring And Unforeseen Circumstances That May Occur During Implementation. 6. The Collection Of Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Stwiorb. 7. Temporary And Accompanying Works Should Be Included And Calculated Together With Basic Robots. 8. In The Implementation Of Works, The Contractor Must Comply With Environmental Protection Regulations, And In Particular: A) Segregate And Properly Utilize Waste, B) In The Vicinity Of Residential Buildings Do Not Carry Out Work At Night, Between 22 - 6, C) Apply Technologies To Limit Dusting When Storing And Using Material. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform With Due Diligence All Works And Activities Necessary To Fulfill The Subject Of The Contract, In Order To Transfer A Construction Work To The Contracting Authority, Which Will Be Unconditionally Allowed For Use. 10. The Contractor Will Guarantee Quality And Warranty For Performed Works For A Period Of Min. 12 Months From The
