If The Commercial Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Is Indicated In The Order Documents, It Is Only An Informative Nature. The Employer - In Relation To The Parameters Or Data (Technical Or Any Other) Indicated Directly In The Documentation Of The Procedure, Indirectly Identifying The Goods Or Directly Product - Allows Solutions Equivalent To Technical Data And The Parameters Contained In The Abovementioned Documentation. As Equivalent Solutions, It Should Be Understood As Solutions Characterized By Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required, But In The Documentation.
