Tenders Are Invited For Transport Of Municipal Waste From The Reloading Station Of The Ordering Party Located In Stegna

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractor To Perform Municipal Waste Transporting The Ordering Trading Of 20 03 01, 20 03 07, 20 02 01, 15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 07, 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 07, 17 08 02 During The Order From The Ordering Station From The Ordering Station In Stegna (82-103) At Ul. Gdańska 2 (Transhipment Station), To The Ordering Plant Located In Tczew (83-110), At Ul. Rokicka 5A (Employers Plant). 2. The Estimated Total Number Of Transports (Courses) Will Be: 280 Courses, But Not Less Than 180 Courses (Minimum Range Of Benefits). The Employer Reserves That The Maximum Number Of Transports (Courses) Is The Forecast Size And May Decrease Depending On The Needs Of The Employer. The Above Does Not Result In The Contractors Right To Withdraw From The Contract Or Change Its Terms And Does Not Constitute The Basis For Any Claims Of The Contractor To The Employer. The Length Of The Route1 Of The Course (Transport) Is 152 Km. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Vehicles Necessary To Provide Services And Bears All Costs Related To Their Protection, Maintenance, Operation, Repair Or Replacement. 4. Due To The Technical And Organizational Conditions Of The Waste Transhipment Station, Waste Collection By The Contractor Is Possible With The Use Of Boxes, Dump Trucks, With A Movable Floor With Dmc With No More Than 40 Mg With A Volume Of Load Space Not Less Than 50 M³. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Transports (Courses) In Accordance With A Partial Order Addressed By The Ordering Party Via E-Mail Or Telephone, In The Manner Described In § 2 Of The Contract. 6. All Vehicles Used During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of The Emission Standard Not Lower Than Euro 5. 7. Vehicles Should Meet The Technical Standards Specified In Special Provisions, Taking Into Account The Protection Against The Extraction Of Waste And The Secretion Of Odors. 8. The Contractor Will Ensure The Proper Sanitary And Technical Condition Of The Vehicles Used (Washing, Disinfection Of Equipment, Service, Others) In Conditions That Meet The Requirements In The Field Of Environmental Protection And Sanitary Requirements. If, In The Opinion Of The Contracting Authority, The Sanitary Condition Of Vehicles (Including Purity And External Aesthetics) Is Not Appropriate, The Contractor Will Apply To The Recommendations Issued By The Employer In This Respect. 9. The Service Will Be Settled Based On The Unit Price (Price For 1 Km Of Transport) Taking Into Account The Offer Price (Permanent Component) Proposed By The Contractor In The Most Advantageous Offer.
