Tenders Are Invited For Ensuring Rescue Service On Beaches In The Dziwnów Commune In Dziwnówek And Łukęcin

The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of A Service Consisting In Organizing Guarded Bathing Areas, Ensuring At The Indicated Rescue Dates Of Designated Guarded Sea Bathing Areas By Organizing, Locating And Equipping Rescue Stations, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Providing Qualified Rescue Staff And Supervision Over Its Work, Ensuring The Right Social Conditions For The Rescue Staff, Ensuring Marking And Equipment Designated Areas Water In Technical, Rescue, Auxiliary Equipment, Signaling, Warning Devices And Medical Equipment, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Cooperation With The Employer As Part Of The Implementation Of The Program Entitled Blue Flag. Pursuant To The Public Procurement Agreement, Concluded As A Result Of The Decision Of This Procedure, The Employer Will Order The Contractor To Organize, Direct And Coordinate Rescue Operations In Designated Water Areas Pursuant To Art. 21 Para. 3 Of The Act Of 18 August 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714, As Amended). Part I. Providing Service Of A Rescue Beach Guarded In Łukęcin: The Following Section Of The Beach Was Designated For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract:  Sea Bathing In Łukęcin 2 With A Length Of 100 M Bajkowa;  Sea Swimming Pool In Łukęcin 2 With A Length Of 100 Mb West Of Entering The Beach From Ul. Walking. Number Of Rescue Stations: 1 Rescue Position For Every 100 Mb Of Guarded Beach. Rescue Service Of The Abovementioned Positions:  In The Period From June 15 To August 31 - 3 Persons (1 Rescue Stand With 3 Water Rescuers). Work Time Of Rescuers During The Performance Of The Contract: Each Calendar Day From 9:00 To 17:00. Freatures Of The Opening And Closing Of The Sea Swimming Pool In Łukęcin 2 In The Period From 15 June To 31 August 2025:  From June 15 To August 31, The Guarded Beach With A Length Of 100 Mb Rescue Position And Cast Of 3 Water Rescuers, On The Section Of The Beach West Of The Entrance From Ul. Bajkowa;  In The Period From June 15 To August 31, A 100 Mb Guarded Beach With 1 Rescue Stand And A Cast Of 3 Water Rescuers, On The Section Of The Beach West Of The Entrance At Ul. Walking.
