The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Full Conservation Of Museums Taking Into Account Their Individual Character, Artistic Values And Historical Significance. Conservation Activities Undertaken By The Contractor Should Stop Further Determination Of Museums, As Well As Restore Their Proper Aesthetic Values, While Maintaining The Originality Of The Subject Of Maintenance And Allow The Contracting Authority To Be Safely Displayed. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will, In Particular, Perform The Following Works: 1) Receipt Of Museums From The Mazowiecka Village Museum In Sierpc, Ul. Narutowicza 64, 09-200 Sierpc And Transport To The Conservation Laboratory, And To Deliver To The Museum Of The Mazovian Village In Sierpc After The Performance Of Conservation Works; 2) Developing A Conservation Work Program; 3) Conducting Proper Repair And Maintenance Of Exhibits; 4) The Performance And Transfer Of The Contracting Authority To The Ownership Of Conservation Documentation From The Conservation Works In Accordance With Generally Applicable Law; 5) Ensuring The Safety Of Exhibits During Transport And In A Conservation Workshop At Your Own Expense And Risk. 6) Execution For Each Exhibit Of Acid -Free Packaging.
