Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Computer Equipment And Computer Accessories For The University Of Wrocław

1. Type Of Order: Delivery. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Computer Equipment And Computer Accessories For The University Of Wrocław. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex 3 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Annex 1 And 2 To Opz Includes Passark Tests Appointed In Annex 3 To Swz. 4. The Contractor Shall Provide The Employer With A Warranty For A Period Of 36 Months (For Item 10 (Monitor V) And No. 16 (Notebook Vi) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract/ Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party- Annex 1 Of The Agreement) And 24 Months For The Other Opz Items For The Equipment And Accessories And Includes All Detected During The Operation Of The Defects, Including Damage Caused During The Correct Use Of Equipment And Accessories. 5. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Is In The Template Of The Contract (Which Constitutes The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Article 281 (1) (7) Of The Public Procurement Law), Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.6. The Implementation Of The Order Is To Take Place With Due Diligence And In Accordance With All The Requirements Contained In Swz With Attachments And Possible Information For Contractors. The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Contract At The Stage Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Employer Informs That This Order Includes Deliveries Carried Out As Part Of The Implementation Of Various Projects And Grants, Including Ncn And Opus. 7. The Offer Must Be Unambiguous And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Range Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Necessary Elements Of Hardware Infrastructure And The Provision Of All Services Described In The Opz And The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer, The Content Of Which Will Allow The Employer To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Swz Content. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. Thus, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Price Calculation - In The Offer Form In Annex 1 To Swz.8. In The Offer Form- Annex 1 To Swz And Opz- Annex 3, The Amount Of Equipment Was Indicated That The Employer Intends To Buy As Part Of The Contract In Question. 9. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Factory New, Unused, Undamaged, Unpopular, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, It Cannot Be The Subject Of Third Parties. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet All Applicable Legal Standards For The Security Of Polish Regulations And The European Union, Have All The Approvals And Approvals Required By Law, As Well As The Marking (Ce) In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Is To Be Delivered In A Security Package.
