Project: The Palestinian Youth Association for Leadership and Rights Activation (PYALARA) has initiated a competition for Palestinian university students to create short, interactive VR-360 videos addressing social issues. The contracted firm/company is expected to provide support to this initiative by providing technical training to the university students, follow-up support, mentoring during filming, and post-production services to ensure the success of the project. Objective: PYALARAs competition aims to empower Palestinian youth to create immersive, interactive VR-360 films that raise awareness about important social topics such as bullying, womens rights, and discrimination. The films will be showcased at a special event, where both a jury and the audience will choose the top VR-360 film. Following the event, PYALARA will share the films on their social media platforms to for wider reach.
