Development And Implementation Services Of The Integrated Computer System And The Equipment Within The Project Digitize The Activity Of The Slobozia County Emergency Hospital In The Quantities And Conditions Stipulated In The Specifications. The Slobozia County Emergency Hospital Requests The Development And Implementation Of An Integrated Computer System (Sii) To Support The Digitization Of The Institutions Activities. The Project Is Included In The C7 Component - Digital Transformation, The Specific Investment I3.3 Of The National Plan For Resilization And Resility (Pnrr) And Aims To Develop The Digital Capacities Of The Hospital, In Order To Increase The Level Of Innovation And The Competitiveness/Efficiency Of The Activity At The Institutional Level. According To Art. 160 Paragraph (2) Of Law No. 98/2016 Regarding Public Procurement (As Modified By The Government Emergency Ordinance No.107/2017), Corroborated With The Provisions Of Art. 27 Of The Government Decision No. 395/2016, The Contracting Authority Will Respond To The Clarification Requests (If They Were Received In Time), On The 15Th Day Before The Deadline Established For Submitting The Tenders In The Participation Announcement. The Number Of Days Up To Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Tenders: 25 Days.
