Tenders are invited for Supply of Stationery, Hardware, Sanitary, Water Pump Parts, Welding, Aluminum, Building Construction material, Filter Plant, Electrical and Glass Ware/Chemicals for whole Year 2025 Closing Date: 09-Apr-2025 Terms and conditions are as under: 1. Tenders are required for supply of relevant category on as and when required basis for whole year 2025. 2. Detailed Bid Document can be obtained from Assistant Director Purchases on payment of Rs.3, 000/- as non-refundable bid document fee. 3. Sealed tenders along with Security money Rs.100, 000/- amount/cost in shape of call deposit from any scheduled bank in favor of Karakoram International University Gilgit should reach in the office of the undersigned by 9 April, 2025 (11:00 AM) by Registered courier which will be opened in presence of the committee members and bidders at 11:30 AM on the same date. 4. University reserves the rights to reject/cancel the tender as per Clause 33 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004. 5. For this tender PPRAs Para 36(a) "Single Stage one envelope bidding procedure for bids will be followed" 6. Offer rates for supply of items will be operative for whole year 2025 from the date of approval of the competent authority of KIU upto 31 December, 2025.
