Consultancy Requirements: The Consultant should have minimum qualifications and required experience as follows: Degree in social science or other related skills. The consultant shall have at least 5 years experiences in leading evaluation of project/programme in Cambodia context including quantitative and qualitative data collection. Knowledge in multi sectors including Education, Livelihood, Health and Nutrition, Child Protection and WASH. Previous experience with non-government organizations that have a transformational development approach through participatory methods would be advantageous.
