Mar 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Children & Youth Remuneration range: > 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 40 days The René Moawad Foundation has a zero tolerance to Sexual Exploitation and Abuse of beneficiaries. Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) is everyones responsibility and all staff are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct, that enshrines principles of PSEA, always (both during work hours and outside work hours). Familiarization with, and adherence to, the Code of Conduct is an essential requirement of all staff, in addition to related mandatory training. All staff must ensure that they understand and act in accordance with this clause. The René Moawad Foundation (RMF) is seeking a Job Coach for a project that will be implemented in T5. Tasks: Identify potential beneficiaries to benefit Competency based trainings in coordination with the protection team. Engage with the suppliers to secure a quality of trainings and opportunities for the project beneficiaries. Support interns to be successful in their employment, provide an appropriate level of support and guidance in the training place as agreed by the project team. Implement support plans which will enable the interns to become competent in work and related skills. Keep accurate records of job coaching support provided. Document success stories Submit weekly reports Capture photos Follow on the performance of the trainees Other tasks as directed by the project coordinator Functional Competencies: 2-3 years of experience in job coaching A post-graduate degree or equivalent bachelor degree Strong experience in donors funded projects. Experience in working with partners Experience reporting on project activities (required) as well as research and data collection (desired) Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic; French is a plus.
