The Bill Of Quantities Attached To Swz Is An Auxiliary Material. The Basis For The Valuation Is The Attached Technical Documentation And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. Failure To Present The Above Document Will Be Treated As Evading The Conclusion Of The Contract. 5. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Law, Other Contractual Documents, Building Art Principles, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining The High Quality Of The Materials And Solutions Used, And In A Way That Ensures Future Trouble -Free And Economic Use Of The Resulting Infrastructure In Accordance With Its Planned Purpose, As Well As Removing All Defects And Faults That Occur. In The Warranty Period And The Warranty Granted By The Contractor.
