Z O.O. In Gdańsk. New Gardens 1-6, Ul. Powstańców Warszawskie 1-2, Al. Jana Pawła Ii 50, Ul. Jan Wejhera 12A, Ul. Majewskie 22-24, Al. Zwycięstwa 31/32, Al. Zwycięstwa 39, Ul. M. Skłodowska-Curie 2, Ul. Wałowa 27, In Gdańsk. During The Contract, The Locations Of The Copernicus Pl Hospital May Change. 2. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of One Part. A Detailed Scope And Manner Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Set Out In Annex 2 To Swz- Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Annex 3 To Swz- Draft Contract. 3. The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee Covering The Subject Of This Order For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months (From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report). The Definitions Of The Acceptance And Guarantee Report Are Described In Annex 3 To Swz. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criterion.
