Note! 4) General Requirements For The Execution Of Works: A) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of Their Works And For Compliance With Stwiorb (Annex 7 To Swz) And The Orders Of The Ordering Party, B) A Detailed Location Of The Renovation Works Performed And Their Scope Will Be Determined By The Contracting Authority, 5) The Contractor Shall Bear Full Responsibility For Conducting, Organizing And Marking Works. Health And Safety Rules And In A Way That Does Not Pose A Threat To Road Traffic. 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform On His Own And At His Own Expense Of Marking The Works Agreed With The Road Administrator And The Relevant Police Commander And Approved In The Traffic Managing Bodies. 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Know And Apply All Provisions Regarding Environmental Protection During The Works, P.
