1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service And Implementation Of The Qualification Course, Entitled Sensory Integration - 1St And 2Nd Degree - For 10 Teachers/Lek (Hereinafter Referred To As Training/Course) From The Following Kindergartens Of The Wrocław Commune (Hereinafter Referred To As Kindergartens): 1) Kindergarten At 104 On Misiowa Polana - 1 Teacher/Lka; 2) Integration Kindergarten No. 125 Janusz Korczak - 5 Teachers/Lek3) Team Of Kindergartens No. 1 (Kindergarten No. 141 Of Maria Kownacka) - 4 Teachers/Lki2. The Training Will Be Conducted In A Stationary Form, Within One Group For All 10 People - In Dimension: 1) 1St Degree - 48 Didactic Hours 2) 2Nd Degree - 148 Didactic Hours 3. Form Of Training: Qualifying Training, Stationary. 4. Place Of Training: Wrocław - The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Training Room (Note: The Training Cannot Take Place In Training Rooms Belonging To The Wrocław Commune And Its Units). 5. The Recipient Of The Training Will Be The Teaching Staff Of Kindergarten. 6. The Purpose Of The Course Is To Improve Teachers Skills/Medicine For Conducting Therapeutic Classes In Sensory Integration - Obtaining Qualifications For Diagnosis And Therapy Of Sensory Integration Si.7. The Basic Duties Of The Contractor - In Order To Properly Prepare And Conduct The Training - Will Include In Particular: 1) Ensuring The Place Of Training (Training Rooms): A) The Room For Conducting The Training Must Be Located In The City Of Wrocław With The Possibility Of Traveling To The Place Of Training By Public Transport (Tram And Bus) And Be Equipped With: • Seating For All Participants And Participants Of Training (Tables And Chairs), • Proper Lighting, Heated/Air -Conditioned Room, • Multimedia Projector, Screen, Computer To Display Presentations (If The Training Program Will Be Required), • Internet Access (If The Training Program Will Be Required), • Flipchart, Flipchart Paper, A Set Of Markers Or A Dry -Earthmade Board With A Set Of Pens, • Other Teaching Aids Necessary To Implement The Course Deprived Of Architectural Obstacles And Marked In A Way That Is Not In A Way Of Access To People With Disabilities (In Addition - After Recruiting Participants/Training Checking, The Contracting Authority Will Provide The Contractor With A Description Of Special Needs In The Context Of Availability For People With Disabilities, If Such Needs Occur); C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Ordering Party To The Contracting Authority Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract; D) The Service Of The Service Change The Training Rooms, But Not Later Than 7 Days Before The Date Of The Training And After Obtaining Approval Of The Employer, 2) Presenting The Contracting Authority Of The Training Schedule Within 5 Business Days Of Signing The Contract, Which Will Take Into Account The Following Assumptions: A) The Training May Take Place From Monday To Friday In The Dimension Of A Maximum Of 6 Didactic Hours A Day (1 Hour.
