The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractor To Perform Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel In The Form Of High -Mannary Gas (Symbol E), Consisting Of The Sale Of Gas Fuel And Ensuring The Provision Of Its Distribution Service, To The Installations Located In The Ordering Facilities, Hereinafter Referred To As Gas Collection Points (Ppg), Whose List Was Indicated In Annex 2 To Swz.2. The Gas Fuel Distribution Service To Ppg Will Take Place Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Local Osd - Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O.O. Based In Tarnów. In The Case Of A Non -Osd Contractor, The Distribution Service Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Relevant Agreement For The Provision Of Dso Distribution Services, Which Shows That The Contractor Is Entitled To Perform This Subject Of The Contract, Enabling The Sale Of Gas Fuel To The Installations Located In The Ordering Party Facilities, Via The Osd.3 Distribution Network. The Total Amount Of Gas Fuel, Which Will Be Delivered During The Period Of The Contract To Ppg Specified In Annex 2 To Swz, Is Estimated At 885 048 Kwh.
