Cadastral Surveying Services - Frame Agreement Cadastre And Tabulation Services Real Estate In The Patrimony Or In The Administration Of Sector 4 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest. Within The Subsequent Contracts, The Following Will Be Requested: 1) Cadastral Doc For The First Registration 2) Cadastral Doc For Joining Or Detachment 3) Cadastral Documentation 4) Cadastral Doc For Apartment/Sub -Apparmentary/Reapartar 5) Signing/Notation/Deletion Of Dismantling Extract Of Land Book For Information 9) Certified Copies Of The Documents In The Archive 10) Preparation Of Cadastral Revelation Plans For Each Level At Different Stairs A Subsequent Contract May Refer To One Or More Of The Buildings (Lands With Or Without Buildings) In The Property/Administration Of Sector 4 Of The Bucharest Municipality. In Carrying Out The Framework Agreement, According To The Moment Needs, The Contracting Authority Will Issue Orders For One Or More Of The Buildings. If The Case May Be, It Is Possible That Several Of The Categories Of Documentation Listed Above Are Requested For The Same Building. In The Case Of Cadastral Tabulation Documentation, Their Submission To The Ocpi, The Registration In The General Entry Register Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Ancpi Regulation, Following That After Verification And Reception The Cf Of Information Extract And The Conclusion Of The Land Book Are Delivered To The Contracting Authority, Based On The Report, Together With The Corresponding Document. The Modification Of The Framework Agreement/Public Procurement Contract, During Its Validity Period, Can Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Provided In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And Of The Provisions Within The Anap Instruction No. 1/2021. Given That The Award Documentation Contains A Minimum Set Of Specific Information Regarding Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested Throughout The Entire Framework Agreement, As Well As Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Between Those To Be Awarded Throughout The Framework Agreement, We Emphasize That It Initially Establishes Them In The Award Documentation And Subsequently In The Framework Agreement Represent Estimates Of Some Quantities That Could Be Requested Throughout The Entire Framework Agreement And Not The Exact Quantities That Will Be Purchased, The Latter Can Be Smaller, Equal, Or Higher In Relation To The Estimated Ones, Depending On The Real Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Promising-Sympathetic Reserves The Right/Option To Supplement The Estimated Quantity At The Award Documentation With Up To 50% Of The Maximum Quantity For The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract, For Each Category Of Services. The Price Of The Services That Will Be Purchased Additionally Based On The Review Clause Will Be The One From The Financial Proposal Underlying The Framework Agreement (Adjusted As The Case May Be, According To The Formula
