Wolfe Island Ferry Service Personnel . The Ministry Is Seeking A Vendor With: • A Minimum Of Ten (10) Years Of Experience In The Past Fifteen (15) Years Providing Licensed Marine Positions To An Operation Of Similar Size And Scope To The Wolfe Island Ferry Service; And • A Current And Valid Seafarer Recruitment And Placement Service License. The Vendor Shall Provide, The Following Licensed Positions, For The Full Duration Of The Contract: (I) Two (2) Senior Marine Engineers Who Shall Possess, At A Minimum, All The Following: • A Current And Valid Third-Class Motor Ship License, Fully Stcw Compliant; • Marine Emergency Duties Certificate (Stcw Level Minimum); • Marine Medical Certificate (Ii) One (1) Senior Marine Engineer Who Shall Possess At A Minimum All The Following: • A Current And Valid Fourth-Class Motor Ship License, Engaged On A Limited Contiguous Waters Voyage; • Marine Emergency Duties Certificate (Stcw Level Minimum); • Marine Medical Certificate (Iii) One (1) Captain Who Shall Possess At A Minimum All The Following: • A Current And Valid Master 500 Gross Tonnage Domestic License; • Transport Canada Emergency Duties Certificate; • Radiotelephone Operator’S (Restricted) Certificate; • Continued Proficiency Endorsement; • Marine Medical Certificate • Azimuth Thruster Experience. (Iv) One (1) Ferry Mates Who Shall Possess At A Minimum All The Following: • A Current And Valid Chief Mate 500 Gross Tonnage Domestic License; • Marine Emergency Duties Certificate; • Radiotelephone Operator’S (Restricted) Certificate; • Marine Medical Certificate • Azimuth Thruster Experience
