Environmental Management-Preparation Of An Environmental Evaluation Of The Medium-Term Operational Program For The Implementation Of The Road Infrastructure Development Strategy In The Republic Of Bulgaria 2024-2030. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Preparation Of An Environmental Assessment Of The Medium-Term Operational Program For The Implementation Of The Strategy For The Development Of Road Infrastructure In The Republic Of Bulgaria 2024-2030. (Called The Strategy And The Medium-Term Operational Program Below) The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Designate A Contractor And To Conclude A Contract With It For The Preparation Of An Environmental Assessment Of The Strategy And The Medium-Term Operational Program. The Contractor Must Complete All Activities To Guarantee The Overall Execution Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Technical Specification (Annex No. 2 To This Documentation) And The Contractual Conditions. Short Description: Preparation Of An Environmental Evaluation (Ec) Of The Strategy And Medium -Term Project Project Covers An Assessment Of The Expected Impacts In The Implementation Of The Strategy And The Medium -Term Surgery On The Environment And Human Health, In Accordance With The Designated Goals, Priorities And Activities. The Contractor Should Prepare The Necessary Documentation Under The Ec Procedure Of The Strategy And The Medium -Term Operational Program, Incl. Prepare A Report On The Assessment Of Compatibility With The Subject And The Purposes Of Protecting The Protected Areas. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes (A Description Of The Contract Activities): Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement, The Contractor Should Execute The Following Activities: Activity 1: Preparation Of A Notification To The Competent Environment In The Environment, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 8 Of The Ordinance On Environmental Assessment Of Plans And Programs; Activity 2: Preparation Of An Assignment For The Scope And Content Of The Ec Report, As Well As A Scheme For Conducting The Consultations On A Draft Ec Report On The Strategy And The Medium -Term Operational Program, Incl. For Their Public Discussion; Activity 3: Preparation Of A Draft Ec Report Of The Strategy And The Medium -Term Operational Program For Implementation, Incl. Report On The Degree Of Impact; Activity 4: Participation In Public (S) And In A Meeting Of The Interdepartmental Committee Of The Higher Expert Ecological Council Of The Minister Of Environment And Water; Activity 5: Preparation Of A Final Ec Report With Reflected Results From The Consultations And The Preparation Of A Request For The Issuance Of An Opinion On The Ec; Activity 6 Preparation Of A Summary Report Under Article 29, Paragraph 1 Of The Ordinance On The Ec And A Final Report On The Performance Of The Contract; Activity 7 Information And Communication Measures. The Activities Described Above Include The Implementation Of The Following Services: 1. To Prepare A Notification To The Competent Environmental Authority In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 8 Of The Ordinance On The Conditions And Procedure For Carrying Out An Environmental Evaluation Of Plans And Programs Adopted By Decree No. 139 Of 24.06.2004 (Ec Ordinance). The Notification Is Submitted By The Contracting Authority. The Competent Authority Determines The Applicability Of The Ec Procedure, Giving Instructions On The Need For Its Implementation And The Actions To Be Taken. 2. In The Case
