The Task Includes The Renovation Of Poviat Road No. 1103K In The Town Of Hucisko In The Klucze Commune, Which Includes, Among Others, The Following Works: Mechanical Cutting Of Gaps, Mechanical Cutting Of The Roadsides, Mechanical Milling Of Asphalt Surface, Mechanical Profiling And Thickening For Structural Layers, Housing Foundation, Mechanical Cleaning Of Road Surfaces, Condensation Of Road Surface Asphalt Surface Arranging The Surface From Mineral And Bituminous Mixtures (Binding Layer And Abrasive Layer), Making Roadside From Stone Crushed, Adjusting Downhill To The New Edge Of The Road Surface. The Employer Does Not Allow The Use Of Asphalt Granules (Destruct) To The Abrasive Layer In Mineral-Asphalt Mixtures. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop A Temporary Traffic Organization Project On His Own And The Road Marking In Accordance With It During The Works. The Condition For The Commencement Of Works Is The Presentation By The Contractor Of The Approved Program For Assurance Of Works (Pzj) And The Insurance Policy Referred To In § 17 Of The Draft Contract. New Should Be Confirmed By The Authorized Surveyor With Appropriate Documentation. New: The Task In Question Is Co -Financed From The Government Road Development Fund. Date Of Works: Up To 6 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Contractor Declares That He Is Aware That The Contracting Authority Is In The Interest Of The Contracting Time. In The Event Of Failure To Meet The Contractual Deadline, There Is A Risk Of Loss Of Funding And The Damage On The Part Of The Ordering Party, Whose Coverage Will Be Demanded From The Contractor, The Contractor On The Day Of Transferring The Construction Site Will Present The Contracting Authority A Detailed Material And Financial Schedule To The Implementation Of Construction Works Developed By The Contractor (The Schedule Template Is Attached To Swz). Material And Financial Have Been Included In The Draft Contract. The Contractor, As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Contract, Is Obliged To Cover All Costs Of Additional Security, Ordered By The Owners Of Foreign Devices Located Within The Road Lane. The Contractor Of The Work Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Applicable Building Law, Technical And Construction Standards And Technical Knowledge Principles, In Particular, Including The Principles Of Universal Design, Including In Such A Way That After Completing The Task, The Road Will Take Into Account The Necessary Conditions To Use It By Persons With The Special Needs Referred To In The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Availability Of People With Special Needs.
