1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Implementation Of Construction Works For The Task: Construction Of Five Pedestrian Crossings - Improving The Safety Of Unprotected Road Users. Stage I: Ul. The Task Includes The Construction Of A Construction Project (Pzt And Architectural And Construction) Of The Lighting Of Pedestrian Crossings Together With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And All Administrative Permits And Consents Arising From The Construction Law And The Development Of A Technical Project. Based On The Approved Project, The Lighting Of Five Pedestrian Crossings Should Be Built In The Following Locations: 1) Ul. Stefana Okrzei At The Pharmacy, 2) Ul. Stefana Okrzei At The Clinic, 3) Ul. Saint. Wojciech At The Entrance To The Roundabout At The Old Church From Ul. Okrzei, 4) Ul. Saint. Wojciech At The Entrance To The Roundabout At The Old Church From Ul. Musioł, 5) Ul. Saint. Wojciech At The Entrance To The Roundabout At The Old Church Ul. Konstanty Prus, 3. To Light Up Pedestrian Crossings, The Lighting Should Be Designed In Accordance With The Guidelines For The Design Of Infrastructure For Pedestrians-Part 4: Design Lighting For Pedestrian Crossings (Wr-D-41-4) 4. Make Transitions In The Pc2 Lighting Class. Apply Aluminum Poles, Anodized, Built On A Prefabricated Foundation, The Foundation Must Be Allowed To Use Poles By The Manufacturer. On The Pillars, Led Luminaires With Asymmetrical Optics Dedicated To Lighting Pedestrian Crossings And Color Temperature 5500-6000K. The Height Of The Suspension And The Capacity Of The Binding Should Be Selected Using Digital Modeling. Lighting Intensity Calculations Should Meet The Requirements Of The Dazzling Index Class D.6. In All Columns, Use Fuse Plates, E.G. Tb Or Izk With A Fuse Insert Up To1. In The Field Of Building A Lighting Cable Network, Use Yakxs Cables Laid Along The Entire Length In A Protective Pipe, E.G. Dvk Ø50 In Blue. Passage Under The Roads And Entrances Protect With A Srs110mm Pipe In Blue. 5 6. The Lighting Of Pedestrian Crossings Will Be Powered From The Nearest Pole Of The Existing Street Lighting Installation Owned By The Mikołów Commune. The Supply Installation Of Individual Poles Will Be Made As Cable. The Entire Length Cables Should Be Carried Out In Cover Pipes. Along The Cable Routes Should Be Arranged By The Fezn Min 4X25 For Grounding Columns Or Use Local Grounding. Describe All Designed Poles According To The Investors Guidelines. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Polish Standards, Applicable Regulations And Technical Knowledge. 7. All Work Is Located In The Existing Lane Of The Municipal Road And On Plots Owned By The Mikołów Commune. The Area Of The Investment Intention May Be Partly Found In The Area Of Protection Of The Monument Conservator. Before Starting Earthworks, The Location Of Border Points Should Be Determined By Means Of Measurement, And If Necessary, Precede Actions Aimed At Determining The
