Part 1 - Delivery Of Dairy Products 1. The Ordering Party In The Assortment Of The Subject Of The Contract, Specified In The Opz And The Offer Form, Which Constitute Annex 1 And 2 To Swz, Respectively, Requires: 1) All Delivered Products Have The Name (Logo) Of The Manufacturer On Collective Packaging And On Unit Packaging; 2) According To The Polish Standard, They Had Labels Specifying The Commercial Name Of The Product, The Raw Material; 3) Were Fresh And First; 4) The Products Were Marked With A Visible, Current Shelf Life. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To:- Provide Products Approved For Trading, First-Quality Goods, In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Marked With The Commercial Name Of The Product, Packaged And Transported In Conditions In Accordance With The Requirements Of Haccp,- Implementation Of Deliveries, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Law, Including The Act Of 25 August 2006 On The Safety Of Food And Nutrition (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2132, As Amended),
