1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Cleaning Service, I.E. Performing All Activities Related To The Broadly Understood Concept Of Maintaining Order And Cleanliness At The Siberian Memorial Museum In Bialystok. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Detailed Terms Of The Contract, Types Of Activities, The Frequency Of Their Performance, Etc. Are Presented In Annex 3 To Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) As Well As The List Of Rooms And The Frequency Of Performing Activities Annex 3A And The List Of Display Cases Annex 3B. 3. The Contracting Authority Requires Employment In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code, Persons Directly Providing Cleaning Service At The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Obligation To Employ Employees Addressed To Perform The Contract Under An Employment Contract Does Not Apply To Persons Carrying Out Activities Regarding: Windows Of Windows And External Buildings, As Well As Gate, Cleaning Blinds And Blinds, Cleaning Warehouses, Washing Of Carpets, Washing Lighting Luminaires, Channels And Ventilation Grilles And Anemostates. 4. Węglowa 1 In Order To Enable Contractors To Check The Conditions Related To The Performance Of The Service Being The Subject Of The Contract And Calculating The Price Of The Offer.
