Engineering Services - Tendering Framework Agreement On Rådse Services On District Heating. Gentofte Gladsaxe District Heating (Ggf) Is Responsible For The Heat Supply In Gentofte And Gladsaxe Municipality And Therefore Handles The Purchase And Setup Of Heat Exchangers On Behalf Of The Two Municipalities. Ggf Is Owned By Gentofte Municipality (Gentofte District Heating) And Gladsaxe Municipality (Gladsaxe District Heating) And Who Are Contracting Entities On This Tender. The Tender Relates To Consulting Services In Design, Tendering, Construction Management, Supervision And Implementation Of Tasks Of Operating And Construction Tasks In Relation To District Heating Within Ggfs Supply Area. The Majority Of The Services Will Involve Gas Conversions And Associated Tasks. In Addition To Planning, Tendering And Supervision, The Services Will Include Financial Management And Preparation And Updating Of Documentation Material At The End Of Projects. The Services In This Framework Agreement Generally Require A High Level Of Knowledge Of The Design And Sizing Of Printed Systems. A More Detailed Description Of The Desired Services Will Be Submitted In Connection With The Specific Need For Advisory Assistance For A Specific Project, Where Hours, Advisory Category And Performance Scope Are Determined And Described In An Atr Form, Which Must Then Be Approved By The Contracting Entity. It Is Estimated That The Framework Agreement Has An Expected Annual Value Of Approx. 32 Million Dkk. The Actual Quantity May Differ. Therefore, It Will Not Be Possible To Guarantee A Minimum Turnover. One Framework Agreement Applies To All Three Utilities With One Advisor.
