Tenders are invited for Short-Term Services for NDC Second Update Stocktake, Revision and Update to Develop NDC 3.0 Document, Etc. The Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism (MEFT) in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) are implementing the NDC 3.0 Project which aims to support the stocktake of the implementation of the current Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) second update and update for the next round of NDC 3.0 according to the Paris Agreement to which Namibia is a signatory.
