The Veg Is Included In The Purchase Price Of The Batteries For Customers. The Private Organization Can Free Certain Types Of Battery From The Veg. The Prerequisite Is That The Industry Organizes A Well-Functioning Collective And A Secure Financing System With A Very High Return And A Recycling According To The State Of The Art.
