Nmbi Is Looking For The Provision Of A Comprehensive Facilities Management Service, On Both A Planned And Ad Hoc Basis, To The Nmbis Premises . The Tender Will Include Both Scheduled Services And Call Out Cover In The Event Of System Failures/Urgent Requirements. 1. Nmbi Require Cleaning Services Every Evening From 5Pm To 8Pm. 2. It Is Expected That 2 Cleaning Staff Are Required To Clean The Building. 3. Security Services Are Needed Every Morning And Evening To Open And Close Up The Building And To Respond To Intruder/Fire Alarm Activations. 4. There Should Be An Account Manager Who Is The Point Of Contact For Nmbi. 5. There Should Be A Planned Preventative Maintenance Plan Established And Thereafter Provision Of Repair Maintenance As Required. 6. The Likely Volume Of Help Desk Calls Is In The Range Of 5 Minimum Per Month.
