Notice Is Hereby Given That The Georgia State Financing And Investment Commission (Gsfic) Will Accept Electronic Bids On Behalf Of The Georgia Department Of Corrections (Owner) For The Project Entitled Ware State Prison Underground Water & Loop Replacement In Strict Conformity With Bidding And Contract Documents.Project Scope: Complete Mechanical Renovation Of The Boiler Plant, Replace Air-Cooled Chillers; Replace Underground Chilled Water Loop, Heating Water And Domestic Hot Water Loop Piping Around The Entire Facility; Havc Replacement In Building 1,2,3 (Boiler Plant), 5 (Dorms) And 6 To Include Boilers, Chillers, Expansion Tanks, Air Separator, Air Handlers, Pumps, Terminal Units, Make-Up Air And Doas Units, Exhaust Fans, Controls, Associated Appurtenances, Some Lighting And Ceiling Grids.Gsfic Will Use The E-Builder Project Management System To Receive, Review And Store Contractor Bids And Supporting Documents.
