The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Laboratory Consumables For The Needs Of A Microbiology Laboratory To Psagbal St. Sofia Ead In 16 Lots, Detailed In Item 2 Of The Technical Specification To The Documentation For Participation. The Deliveries On The Subject Of This Contract Are Negotiated And Made Within The Estimated Quantities In The Technical Specifications In Each Lot For A Period Of 2 Years. Deliveries Are Made On The Basis Of Written Requests By The Contracting Authority Within The Agreed Quantities And In Accordance With The Offered Unit Prices For Factory Packaging. Separate Nomenclatures Are Not Allowed To Be Included In The Lots. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Supplies Of Laboratory Reagents And Consumables To The Hospital Pharmacy Within Five Days From Receiving A Written Request By The Contracting Authority, And In Case Of Urgent Need For The Delivery Of Small Quantities - Within The Next Business Day.
